The sponge cake layer and jelly like layer complement each other well. The sponge cake was not too dry and the jelly was not too wet or soft, therefore making the cake’s texture blend nicely when biting and chewing. The cake was also not too sweet, it is just to my liking of sweetness.
Long queue for some expensive but tasty pandan cake, something a tourist would do. There are some interesting old abandoned shops nearby.
This is a shop which is known for one thing: the pandan layer cake.
We really love this cake – it’s light, fragrant and so easy to eat. But for some reason, our Klang-ites friends find them ok-ok only.
