I tried their dipping noodles and it was awesome! It is one of the best dipping noodles i have tried in Singapore. I think i ever tried dipping noodles at Ramen Champion but that was only average. Japanese calls this Tsukemen.
While the bowl here also featured a porky broth with bits of fat/meat, I could taste shoyu which I didn't get from Ajisai.
Recommended by many and not bad. A good standard bowl of bak chor mee, with well cooked and springy noodles and tasty savoury sauce, and fresh ingredients including sliced pork, liver, minced meat and mushrooms.
