東京都大田区の池上本門寺に行ってきました。 国の重要文化財にも指定されている「関東最古の五重塔」が建つ大きなお寺です。都内でも有数のお花見スポットでもあり、桜もちょうど満開を迎えていました。
年明けの元旦は大宮八幡宮で初詣。甘酒や屋台飯頂きつつ、安全祈願をしっかりとしてきました。そして夜は芸能人格付けチェック、からの箱根駅伝。
東京のアジサイの名所の1つ杉並区の「堀之内妙法寺」に行ってきました。6月上旬頃に見頃を迎える紫陽花。300株の花がちょうど満開を迎えて素晴らしい景色を見ることができました。都内有数のあじさい寺。厄除け大師としても有名で、春の時期は桜も綺麗。境内も広いので散歩するにもちょうど良いお寺です。
続けてやってきたのが妙法寺。写真に映っているのは入口の仁王門。先ほどの真盛寺から近くて、徒歩5分くらいのところにあります。 先ほどの真盛寺はひっそりと佇まむお寺という感じですが、この妙法寺は環七沿いにも案内標識があるあたり、参拝促進にも積極的。
