Frankly speaking, I have had many better muah chee at pasar malam. But ultimately, it’s more about more about supporting Madam Tang, who, in spite of her age, is still trying to make an honest living at the corner of a busy market.

Covered with a heavy layer of finely grated peanuts, the muah chee were chewy yet not sticky and the distinctive flavourings were actually pretty fragrant without appearing to be overly artificial.

番薯蛋果然没有让我失望，外皮十分酥脆，内里却绵密柔软，真是传说中的“外酥内软”，而且并不油腻，好吃！ 而且番薯蛋的番薯味很浓，还保留着番薯的纤维，美味又便宜！

随后走入思士街（Jalan Hang Lekir）的江夏笑口枣，这里可以吃到很多古早味的炸物 林老师特别推荐这里的沙翁，是一种包着奶油、口感像甜甜圈的传统小吃，已经极为罕见，接近失传，这里也只有礼拜六吃得到！
