It is balanced so exquisitely, because it is light, the sweetness acidity and freshness has to dance around each other.
I was distracted by the peppers to really focus on the chicken. But from what I remember, the meat was juicy and flavourful.
On a side note, we had the egg pratas with Dhal Curry and we loved it very much for the vegetarian curry was packed with Chickpeas taste. Yummy!
