Fresh stuff, wrapped with sticky rice and warm crispy seaweed. From left to right, up to down, hotate, salmon, shime saba, toro, crab and engawa.
All in all, RAPPU will be a good place to unwind with friends after work for some nibbles and tipples.
The handrolls here might not offer an authentic sushi bar experience, but I’m thankful that it remains that way.
