My personal favorite dish here has to be the Pork Stomach Mee Shua. If you are not some one who enjoy eating port intestines then this bowl of Pork Stomach Mee Shua is not for you. There are a lot of Pork Stomach put into this bowl of Mee Shua of which i like it a lot. The Pork Stomach is cut into small pieces and it mix well together with the Mee Shua. I love to put a lot of vinegar into the Mee Shua making it a little sour. The size of the Mee Shua is huge ! One bowl of this is enough to keep me full for the entire day.
