The tanginess from the chimichuri could be overwhelming the other ingredients (the haloumi and the lamb mostly) in the bagel sometimes.
It's easy to inhale and then finish off with a cream puff.
I wouldn't say they are the best cream buns that I have had but they're good.
I can’t recall the precise taste of each of the buns but they were all very good.
The Daily Cut is obviously clear about its target customers, and does it proteins well.
We would be happy to eat at Souperstar again. It is a place where can get a good hearty meal at very reasonable prices.
That said, I'd probably stick with Soup Spoon for soups and hawker centers for popiah.
I like my breakfast sandwiches savoury.

The “Signature” outlet at Starker Tanjong Pagar is therefore something in the upper middle segment. What is common through the range is the fresh and fruity beer that Starker is known for.
If you are at the area and craving for a Thai Milk Tea, Chatuchak Thai Tea is a good place to turn too. And since it offers some snack to fill the stomach, if needed.
As for the coffee, we thought they were very good. The smooth nutty flavour makes us want to drink more of it with each mouthful. It is certainly one of the better designer coffees in town.
