Bedok Marketplace review
Baba Chews Bar & Eatery at Hotel Indigo Katong Singapore celebrates Christmas with exquisite gourmet dishes with familiar local ingredients.
OCBC Card 1 for 1 Mains Takeaway deal is good opportunity to try Baba Chews’ interesting Mod-Sin mains - such as Rendang Lasagne & Chilli Crab’ Tagliatelle.
Traditional might be good, but a modern take on it can be just as pleasing, if not better.
Burp Bedok Reservoir: Indulge in a delightful dining experience at Burp Kitchen & Bar in Bedok Reservoir. Enjoy stunning reservoir views while savouring great food, cold beer, and the warm hospitality of their friendly staff. Make reservations and explore the menu today!
Burp Bedok Reservoir we will absolutely be going back. It was superb. Bless them too, as they even sent a little note saying the service might be off
Overall, Burp Kitchen & Bar offers a decent dining experience, suitable enough for everyday dining. The casual yet average ambience is offset by large potions of tasty food at affordable prices.
We love the vibe of East Coast Commune and we will definitely be back soon!
Chic and botanic looking cafe beside East Coast McDonald’s. Nice strong and woody latte.
It is a family friendly cafe but can also be an ideal place for the solo diner and dating couples. It is chic and charming and can appeal to both the hip and hippie.
The dishes did the job, with that pork belly namtok above being the best thing that we had tonight, especially since these were crispy fatty pieces of pork belly instead of the usual lean meat that one usually gets.
Living up to its name, Atmosphere Bistro and Bar is next place you should hit on when you are looking for a great seaside dining experience!
overall with the major improvements in food, this bistro certainly offers more than just the "atmosphere"
The Halal Corner launches two new spicy fusion pasta dishes that will surely entice thrill- and heat-seekers alike!
One thing I have to say is, the portions are pretty big so it’s pretty good value for money.
The Halal Corner has one goal in mind - to bring you quality halal Western fusion dishes in Singapore that everyone can enjoy! ? Formerly known as Asyraf's Halal Corner, their creative dishes combine local and Western favourites to create something eye-catching and unique, and with dishes costing no higher than $7 you can get a cafe-quality meal at hawker centre prices!
A food blog from a Singapore-based traveler
I highly recommend heading down there for their Beef Wellington, especially if you have not tried it before.
Overall, I am more than satisfied with the dishes I tried when I was there.
I've seen a number of social media posts of the food from South Union Park (101 Jalan Kembangan) so we decided to come down to check them out.
All in all, homey tasty pasta dishes. Keen to return again soon especially with the Burpple App 1-for-1 discount going on.
The free-flow cuts include a great variety of beef, such as ribeye, striploin, rump and grilled beef shabu.
I would recommend a visit just for the steaks though.
It felt like Carvers and Co with brighter lightings and still very cramped dining conditions.
JAG WINE
I'd return for a drink next time - or maybe the upcoming World Cup would fuel that.
Serving quality coffee and a fair range of light bites, Stamping Ground Coffee House in Siglap is a very nice neighbourhood cafe.
In all, Stamping Ground Coffee House isn't quite an exciting place for coffee or food but at least it smells good (they've an on-site florist) and it's a pretty place.
Stamping Ground Coffee’s breakfast menu is limited to 3 items, yet you’ll find satisfaction in the simplicity of each dish. The all-day menu features 10 dishes and each dish costs no more than S$15 nett.
This homely salad and protein bowl bar features an extensive range of fresh ingredients of which you can pick to customise your very own healthy bowl.
Overall, the entire protein bowl was pretty decent; the Red Quinoa was processed well for it came without any hard or gritty bits, while the Norwegian Salmon Fillet came with our topping of Mentaiko over the top and blow-torched.
Family friendly steakhouse where you find high quality meats at mid range prices.
Black Pearl @ Siglap, ex Perle Noire is back with a vengeance. We have not been since the name change but happened to be walking today past it and popped in
Come to Raimah Eating House if you desire a taste of halal western delights that will please the palate.
I would recommend choosing a less crowded time to visit, else risk less than optimal meals and experiences.
Dishes in hearty portions, I would be back just for a slow meal and dog watching too.
Service at Black & Ink is efficient and personable.
The truffled housemade curly fries are really addictive; thin and crispy without all the oil (definitely a misperception).
Definitely worth a trip if you're within half an hour within its reach.
t is a pleasant casual space with nice music, tasty food and good coffee. We will certainty be visiting Bird Bird at Frankel Avenue again.
utritious food that looks great and taste good – that is bliss in food paradise.
PigsFly is quite a cool concept in Katong offering FIVE different kitchen options & menus from Indian to premier Burgers @ Pigsfly Kitchen & Bar
Overall, I was really impressed by the quality of the food considering the price we paid.
All in all, The Pasta Boutique carries an appealing range of pastas and mains. Longer waiting times are to be expected here as there is only one chef cooking.
The stall's drawback could be its location. It may be convenient for those staying in the neighborhood, but can be rather far to travel for us living in other parts of the island.
