Overall Rating: 5/10. I have heard a handful of things about this legendary lobster restaurant (founded in 2001!), though many of which were on it's deteriorating quality. Looks like my plan to try new things didn't turn out so well this time round.

Overall, only certain food are nice, but many are very poor. The service is also terribly poor. The person who picks up call, and the person who take order is so impatient and unfriendly. I think she is either the boss of the restaurant or manager. Seriously service is very important in F&B field. Besides that, the staff are all foreigners who can't even understand simple English.

The Lobsterman RIn conclusion, there is no doubt Lobsterman is the place to go for fresh lobsters. As a lobster specialist, they cooked their lobsters to perfection. Thus, with reasonable pricing, Lobsterman is still remains the ideal place for great lobster experience. However, understand your taste and order the right style of cooking for your lobster. We had such a great time that night and the birthday gal was on cloud nine! We actually over ate and the set meal for two was indeed sufficient for regular diners. If you think it is not enough, order an extra lobster to add on which I still think is a great deal for couples intending to splurge on lobsters. You’ll probably pay more for one lobster alone at other fine dining restaurants than paying for the set meal with additional lobster!

I’d recommend sticking to methods that involves less spices in order to enjoy the natural taste of the seafood. I had tried lobster sashimi before and it was really good.

Overall, this is my first time having a full lobster meal which really fantastic because the lobster is so fresh and being display to your table before it is send to the kitchen. Varieties of ways you can choose the lobster to be serve, that really attracts me. Rating: 8.2 /10
