[Pork free] We absolutely love the waffles at The Owls Cafe.
终结来说这里环境舒服食物不会太贵因为相比其他的主题咖啡屋这里价钱比较合理食物也好吃不想吃太传统的西餐可以考虑来这里用餐
After lunch at the Hailam Kopitiam, Jalil Link, we walked to The Owls Cafe to have dessert
Overall, it was a good afternoon break for us. The waffle was yummy while the rose latte needs some improvement in my opinion. We travelled all the way for their Rose Latte as its quite difficult to find in PJ cafes and its my favourite too however their Waffle is the one that win our heart. Service was good though.
Will come back for Rebecca for sure which satisfied us dessert lovers ever since, credit for their amazing earl grey ice cream! Rating: Food - 3.5/5 Price - 3/5 Service - 3/5 Ambiance - 3/5 (Very packed)
Verdict: 1. Pricewise, I think the sweet waffles are quite decent, considering the quality of ingredients used. But I don't personally like the savoury waffle because of the price factor (cheapest is RM24 each!). 2. I will revisit for its breakfast croissant menu, which I find it quite interesting and worth checking out. 3. All in all, The Owls is worth visiting for its brunch and dessert menu!
Here comes our waffle - The Queen. It's basically a waffle that comes with 3 scoops of their homemade icecream and also a unique flavored Macaroon!
A comfy space for locals to connect, enjoy coffee, tea and hot chocolate complimented by delicious food and desserts. However, it could get too busy sometimes. So we prefer to visit on a weekday instead.
Stood along at Jalan Jalil Jaya 6 in Bukit Jalil, this is a newly opened café not long ago, and it is surprisingly famous and crowded, especially on the weekend. Be sure to come here earlier to grab your table or else will be ended up queuing at the staircase. I actually called up to reserve for this mini bridal shower. They said they will help me to secure a table as reservation is not allowed, so no promise on that. Well, in the end I was ended up queuing half an hour too but we were really lucky to be seated at this lovely corner!!!
