In summary, we really enjoyed the afternoon tea session here. Service was attentive and we enjoyed the wonderful selection of tea, and food most of the delicacies to be delicious and well-curated.
The food are Southern American and Lousiana food. It was rare for Lousiana buffets so it was different food on the counter compared to the rest of the other hotel buffets.
Two Friends – One Cuisine The exclusive four-course menu will be available from now until July 20 2019, from 7pm until 11pm and is priced at MYR350 nett per person with an option of wine pairing at MYR450 nett per person.
There will also be grilled fish such as Ikan bakar Sabah, Talapia Merah and Ikan Cencaru served with various dipping sauces.
The Festive Feast at The Cobalt Room on Level One will be available from 8 to 31 May between 6.30pm to 10pm. It is priced at MYR118 nett per adult and MYR59 nett per child 12 years and below
Not to forget is the Arabian Corner, showcases memorable hummus, shish kebab, briyani chicken, lamb shawarma and chicken shawarma from Al Halabi.
For appetisers, we had Scallop and Truffle With Egg Mollet Aioli. The scallops were fresh, meaty and sweet with a slight sear, while the truffle sauce was earthy and rich. The egg mollet had great texture – soft but creamy.
