Back at it again with some ‘super atas’ dishes here at Three Brothers Restaurant. Just so you know, this isn’t your ordinary family restaurant. The simplest dish in their menu could be a little extra than usual.

Garlic chili steam giant Korean clam RM12/pcs OMG... this is by far the BIGGEST clam I've ever had! The gigantic Korean clam topped with garlic and chili was aromatic and briny with a hint of sweetness.

Tucked in the laid back Kampung Subang 2, lie the fantastic Three Brothers Restaurant that serves high quality premium fresh seafoods such as fresh oysters, geoduck, giant garoupa, the Iberico pork and many more. After that, we had the Curry - another best seller from Three Brothers Restaurant @ Seksyen U5. There is 2 option that you can choose from - which are more for the ingredients. The first is the Curry Fish Head (RM40.00). The first head that is used for our dish is the Red Snapper although I personally would love it with a Garoupa Fish head which has a firmer texture. In place of the Santan is the C Milk which makes it lighter. This curry is best eaten with hot steamed white rice or the bee hoon.
