In any steamboat, the soup and fresh ingredients are the most important things that make up a wholesome meal. Chefs at Yugami brought their broth to greater heights by adding in liquor prior to flaming up the freshwater prawns before adding in the flavourful fish broth.

Their unique selling point of this soup base as they use more than 20 ingredients and some with their special own mix that the actual soup base is being cooked more than 10 hours to make it solid and pungent with taste.

个人觉得Yugami Steamboat 渔家味火锅屋最大的特点就是他们的的新鲜石斑鱼头炉， 给一个价钱可以吃到汤底和食料，加点料再加个饭也可以吃饱饱。 餐单选择很丰富，不管多少人，不管你要不要吃火锅都可以。 环境也非常舒适，以后大家吃火锅有多一个选择了哦！

这里的火锅共有6种汤底可选，主打的是招牌鱼头炉和咖喱鱼头炉，大的RM39.90，小的RM29.90，大小其实一样size，只不过里面放的石斑鱼的分量不同
