p2月24日は、JR東海「そうだ京都、行こう。」の企画で東本願寺(真宗本廟)を訪ねました。昨年の1月にも”まいまい京都”で同様な企画に参加しましたが、東本願寺の非公開エリアの公開はなかなかないので今回も参加した次第です。僧侶の方のご案内で阿弥陀堂、御影堂と巡ります。真宗では、ご本尊の阿弥陀をお祀りする阿弥陀堂より親鸞聖人の御真影を安置している御影堂の方が大きいのが特徴です。ここからが非公開エリアになります。まずは”菊門”です。滅多に開かれない門です。次回はいつになるのでしょうか。大寝殿。主に法要の後の御斎の際に使われる部屋で、絵は竹内栖鳳の晩年の筆によります。当初は雀が七羽描かれていましたが昭…
