For salted egg lovers like myself this is the side dish that you should not miss out. The seduction of salted egg yolk fragrance and the guilty pleasure really made me drooling again just by thinking of this dish.

All soups are being served using claypots. Both the broth for Superior 18 Seafood and Stewed Fish and Pickled Mustard Green Soup were great, but they certainly did not taste like something that have been boiled for hours... as though they were ordinary soup. The condiments found inside the pot were alright, nothing special nor unexpected. The Spicy Noodles served together with the Superior 18 Seafood were a let down. The noodles were overly seasoned and the entire dish was a tad too salty to our liking.
After a meal that offers a polarizing taste, you should not miss out Awa Beancurd, which offers an unique taste and smooth texture that second to none. Either enjoy the beancurd on its original flavour or add some caramel for a different type of savouring.
