The latter one fared better- the Grouper was nicely grilled to perfection, the meat was firm and the fish-flavor stood out. The fish was also carefully seasoned so the Lemon Capers Sauce served at one side made more sense (we prefer to taste the fish without the sauce).
Some of the main highlights from the dinner menu include the grilled sea-catch grouper with lemon capers sauce, baked miso butter halibut, fettuccine pasta bisque, baked cheese seafood pie, chargrilled lamb rack, and baked coriander pesto sea bass.
