Roasted to a beautiful medium-rare, the lamb was very tender and flavourful without any trace of gaminess. It was so good that even my friend who doesn't eat lamb also enjoyed it. The magnificent mint chutney makes a delicious accompaniment too.
CNY 2018: Celestial Court, Sheraton Imperial KLThis year, Executive Chinese Chef Ho Boon has specially crafted four Prosperity Set Menus, as well as a selection of premium yee sang and a festive a la carte selection, available from 15 January until 2 March 2018 for both lunch and dinner.
The 9-course set menus, namely Heavenly Treasure (RM2,088 nett), Golden Fortune (RM2,388 nett), Stellar Prosperity (RM2,688 nett) and Golden Prosperity (RM2,888 nett) for table of 10 persons and is inclusive of a bottle of wine and a box of mandarin oranges.
