The Fish and Chips overall was a tasty dish. It consisted of two fish fillets served on a bed of peas. The fish fillet was crispy on the outside, warm and moist on the inside with a buttery feel to it. The bed of peas was basically a mix of pea puree and solids which provided a rather appealing texture to the dish as a whole. A lovely dish.
