Soi 47 King George Ave REview
Back in November 2021, I realized I had yet to utilize my S$100 Singapore Rediscover vouchers and with less than two months to go before its...
We enjoyed our simple lunch at Soi 47 Thai Food. We would go try their other dishes such as Claypot Tang Hoon with Prawns, Pandan Chicken and Stuffed Chicken Wing.
The ambience here simply sets up the mood for a waffle moment.
As the new outlet of Soi 47 is just starting out, service can take a while. Keep them some time to settle down, and you will find this a good hidden gem in this part of Singapore.
The Refinery has great atmosphere – a nice place to recharge the body as well as the spirit.
The best main dish was actually the wild mushroom risotto. Pretty safe flavours. The hambagu steak was promising with its presentation and the thick patty. But the herb taste was too overpowering.
We like the play of ingredients at Little Bastard. The food is generally good, coupled with its interesting cocktail menu. This space works well for an intimate group gathering or secret rendezvous perhaps, but do come with an open mind.
Little Bastard isn't too celebratory. It has a contemplative, almost wistful mood, perfect for private conversations and secret meetings.
