Service at Grand Copthorne Waterfront is good most of the time.
Overall a pleasant experience though there were a few feedback for improvement.
Besides the signature char siew marinated whole baby lamb, there are fish maw and seafood soup, braised fatt choy, dried oyster with lotus root and Chinese mushroom, stewed pork trotters, cheesy baked oyster and many others on the buffet line.
Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel has specially flown in some trains from Switzerland to create a magnificent Christmas display in its lobby.
Their food is fairly consistent and tasty, the service friendly and efficient, and the ambience has that lovely festive feel. Worth a visit!
The outstanding item was their Super Laksa. That's what they called it. Primed with nuggets of fried lobster, fried scallops, prawns, fish cake and tau pok.
