If you prefer to have lighter bites, I'd recommend the pork satay and the deep fried wings.

Service at Grand Copthorne Waterfront is good most of the time.
Overall a pleasant experience though there were a few feedback for improvement.
Besides the signature char siew marinated whole baby lamb, there are fish maw and seafood soup, braised fatt choy, dried oyster with lotus root and Chinese mushroom, stewed pork trotters, cheesy baked oyster and many others on the buffet line.
Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel has specially flown in some trains from Switzerland to create a magnificent Christmas display in its lobby.
As a traditional Cantonese family, meals on the 2nd day of the Lunar New Year signify the abundance of food for the rest of the year. Usually, we will either cook at home or eat out at a Chinese restaurant with their CNY set menus, but this was the first year we decided to try a buffet lunch since the variety will be more sumptuous than a 10-course lunch
It was a lovely dinner.
Overall, the dining experience was completely different from the past. The newly revamped menu and Chef Kenny Huang onboard along with Sommelier Uzair Yaacob (certified by the Court of Master Sommelier Worldwide, European Chapter) and Mr Mayandi certainly deliver an exquisite culinary creations and fine wines to the table.
Overall, the dining experience was completely different from the past.
I find that this buffet offers good value
Prices are comparable to other hotel buffets, and is good value for money because of the quality, budget about SGD $68++ per person for lunch, or SGD $88++ per person for dinner here.
We loved the Josper Grilled Kurobuta Pork Collar, with its thick chunky juicy succulent texture, and bold smoky savoury sweet meaty flavour.
As with all our prior visits to Grissini, we remain impressed with the ambience, service, and food quality. Prices are slightly lower compared to pre-covid. Will return again for more!
Overall, Festive International and Seafood BBQ Buffet provide a lot of choice for this festive dinner.
I enjoyed the warm breads and preferred the soft foccacia.
