Well, to me, Chinese fine-dining seems to be a waste of money for me as I thought we could easily eat Chinese food at any Chinese kopitiam or restaurant. Our favourite among all the oysters dishes are Pan-fried Rice Vermicelli with Oyster (RM 36.90). Before the arrival of this dish, their rice vermicelli with a certain degree of moisture and texture has been our favourite. Combining the oysters with the rice vermicelli and a simple pan fried procedure produced a superior combination of crispy omelette with a subtle aroma from oysters.
