                      Wok-seared Japanese Hokkaido scallops topped with fragrant pickle, chili and egg (RM83 / 2pcs) Ginormous scallops came in the most appealing presentation. Already winning just by the look of it. We thoroughly enjoyed the sheer sweetness that diffused onto our taste buds attributed to the freshness of the scallops. Though the impeccably fried eggs flavoured with pickle and chilli made the perfect sides, I'd suggest eating them separately to be able to savour the goodness of the scallops.

                          Chynna is another Hilton brand that has done extraordinarily well in a city with fierce competition. Chinese restaurants, small, large and on palatial scales are on just about every corner, in every venue imaginable. In the elegant dining scene however, few have managed to capture the total experience as has Chynna at Hilton Kuala Lumpur

                            Chilled Carol Weed with Ginseng and Wolfberry 人參枸杞珊瑚草 Dessert in Hilton CNY menu 2017 is the best among all we had tried. Chilled carol weed sweet soup with whole ginseng in it, and we never expect texture of wolfberry is taken into attention too – soft but remained crunch, really nice.

                                  Honey-glazed Barbecue Chicken with Fluffy Charcoal Buns The most common among all, yet turn out to be the favourite of ours. Appear in black, a total contrast to its counterpart due to infusion of charcoal, but equally fluffy soft, encasing sticky, honey sweet dark sauce thickly dressing chopped chicken. Must-try in ala-carte if you are not trying the whole set!
