Service at Andaz Singapore is frustrating. Staff are friendly, but perhaps overly stringent, though they carry out tasks quickly and efficiently.
The room is super spacious, with an estimated size of about 42 sqm, with a Super King size bed, built-in sofa, a round table, TV and minibar complete with coffee machine and mini-fridge.
Apart from the all-you-can-eat pizzas, the buffet price gets you all-you-can-drink pilsner beers, specially made for Andaz Singapore in collaboration with Trouble Brewing.
nice view of south beach, raffles city, padang, esplanade, suntec, MBS, marina barrage & viaduct from room
Nice hardware, poor software. The aesthetics of the suite I stayed in is amazing, but other elements of my stay is mediocre.
It’s a lovely stay after the initial hiccup. We paid about $530 for a night when the usual price for a night is about $880.
I would definitely return.
My favourite is the Deep-Fried Barramundi Fillet served in a pool of light soya sauce.
The Deep-Fried Pork Belly is another great main to top-up, with its crisp outer layer that reminded us of har cheong gai.
