Recommended by Miss Tam Chiak, with a constant six to eight person queue resulting in a wait of about 15 minutes. They were out of fishballs at 1pm. 他们的猪肝脆弹，猪肉鲜，鱼胶q脆不粘烂，面软弹。酱相当够味，富有醋与猪油香，而且咸甜有劲。他们的鱼丸和鱼饼也是q弹的。非常不错。
