Porta's all-day dining menu sees new creations as well, starting with Parma Ham ($16).
this is definitely one of my favourite Yu Sheng till date.
Overall, food quality was not too bad. Apart from that, I find that their service was kind of lacking given a weekday evening.
I'm very confident that you'll find the Christmas set menu extremely value for money, and I have no doubt that you and your companions will enjoy your time here!
Not bad but I expected better fresher flavour from both the filo and bacon.
Apple Tarte Tatin is also very interesting (in the good way) as it is served deconstructed so you are have the components together or separate, your say.
This 3-course whisky dinner, where Porta specially pairs Executive Chef Alex Phan’s creative signatures with a range of Glaswegian Scotch expressions-uniquely, completely triple distilled helmed by Auchentoshan’s brand ambassador Jamey Merkel.
PORTA X Auchentoshan exclusive Whisky Dinner display the finest culinary journey of both food and alcohol. A must for the gourmand and more so if you appreciate Whisky.

We walked away from Park Hotel Clarke full of praise for Porta revamped ala carte menu. Surely back for the Spicy Salmon Tartare, Roast Chicken Leg, Spiced Apple Tarte Tartin and Black Forest.

Surely back for the Spicy Salmon Tartare, Roast Chicken Leg, Spiced Apple Tarte Tartin and Black Forest.
Overall, Porta in Park Hotel is a nice cosy restaurant which serves quality food at affordable prices.
Affordable good modern European food, in an environment and service which would be sure to impress your fellow diners.
I would say PORTA has succeeded in transforming some simple-sounding dishes into eye-catching creations that's worth a posting or two on Instagram.
If you enjoy the modern European dishes that combine fresh produce and seasonal flavours. Come and try PORTA’s Refreshed A La Carte Menu.
The food here at Porta is fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced too.
Apart from their anytime brunch, Porta’s alfresco deck allows diners to mingle with fellow four-legged friends, or simply spend quality paw-rent and fur-kid bonding time.
Dinner for 4pax was about S$160, including of 1 for 1 alcoholic drinks from 4pm – 9pm. the white wine we had was very good, the whisky (fott-step in the dark) was useless, just whicky on the rocks…w/o the drinks it would have been about S$115. very good value!
Porta at Park Hotel Clarke Quay is certainly a great place to chillax and enjoy brunch over the weekends. And if you are a pet owner, a bonus to bring your pet along for great companionship.
