Get the vegetables from the zookeeper if you wish to feed the tortoises. You can also have a conversation with the zookeeper to get to know more about the tortoises such as their age, gender and so on.

This is a Malaysian village themed petting zoo located near Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan, between Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya. This place is very near us but yet we haven’t made any visits. Finally we brought Mini C along and we were glad we did, as he was really excited and happy to see so many “real animals out of their cages” and had the chance to actually feed them.

The Chiling Falls are probably the most beautiful waterfalls of Selangor. They can be reached after an adventurous trek along the river, which has to be crossed many times. To reach the trail head, you take the road from Kuala Kubu Baru to the Gap. After passing the Selangor Dam, you cross the bridge on the Chiling river. Just after this bridge you can park you car. Follow the road for about 100 meter, the trail head is clearly indicated. Soon you will arrive an open field beside the river, with some buildings and a campsite, maintained by the Fisheries department.

Naturally, my son and my two-year-old daughter’s favourite section is the Children’s Gallery which you enter through a tunnel made out of Ringgit notes in various denominations, worth one million in total. The gallery is filled with interactive games and activities that teach you about the basic concept of money and the role of a bank. There’s a pretend play section where my daughter had fun acting as a bank teller and my son as her customer. The ‘bank’ even comes with an ATM which disperses money! I went hiking at Broga Hill with hubby and his friends on last Sunday morning. It was supposedly their plan, friends-only-hiking-trip with beers and all, but I shamelessly tagged along. Overly attached girlfriend I am. In fact, I wasn't completely a crasher after all as I was fully welcomed... I guess. :) But, I felt regret immediately when I stepped out my first step to the peak. My mind was like "Why am I here?" during the whole hiking process. And, after not getting any sleep for the last 24 hours, my hiking experience became much more worse! Overall, I really recommend this place to parents who were in this generation or at the end of this generation to bring your kids to learn what you have used to do in your childhood. Apart of that, do bring your foreign friends here to know something about Malaysia. This is the best place to provide such knowledge. Let the knowledge pass on from generation to generation and spread from countries to countries.

It appears like an exhibition hall, yet not. At the entrance ticket price of just RM7 for adult (Genting Member), RM5 for kids (Genting Member), it is worth spending some educational moments in SenKome. Walk through the space filled with introduction of East Coasts, appreciate the arts and crafts they still holds stong to till today, and then enjoy a wide ranges of traditional games that reminiscene the good old childhood days.

The third trip of my visit to Sipadan is really fruitful especially we get to chase dolphins when we are on the way to Sipadan Islands. There were a total of 6 of them and I am able to capture for of them in my video below. It was truly an awesome experience nonetheless. I will definitely be back again until the day I couldn't dive anymore.

Sipadan is probably one of the best diving spot in Malaysia (claim to be world's best dive site), with plenty of sea turtles, barracudas and sharks.

For hardcore divers, the number of sites capable of inspiring that rare one-in-a-lifetime thrill is fast shrinking. Overfishing, pollution, coral bleaching and seabed dredging have all contributed to the slow ruin of many of what were once the world’s top dive destinations. Near the top of the list of remaining global greats is Malaysia’s Sipadan Island. A contender on any dive publication's list of the "world's best dives," Sipadan lies 35 kilometers off the coast of Sabah, in Malaysian Borneo.

Many people were enjoying an evening walk or jog in the garden. There's a trail that led us to a swamp where thousands of small crabs stay, after passing the swamp, there's the beach.

The dirt track is shady and with some breeze, it was nice to run around even at noon.

Overall, it was a great family hangout even though it is very far from Kluang for us. Outside the farm, you can experience holding the baby crocodile and taking picture with it for RM20/pax. For your information, you can even buy their crocodile egg too at RM10/egg. The egg is big but it does not taste like chicken egg. It taste more awful than chicken egg. Nonetheless, it is a great place to visit if you are passing by or leaving nearby here. Definitely not worth it if you are coming from far away. As you can finished the tour within an hour.

It's a shame that we did not visit the Crocodile Farm along Upper Serangoon Road before it ends its operation in 2012. The only crocodile farm left in Singapore is Long Kuan Hong Crocodile Farm, situated at New Tiew Crescent and is not open to public. Hence, during our drive-in to Johor Bahru last year, we decided to drop by Teluk Sengat Crocodile Farm to have an up close experience with the crocodiles. Housing more than 1000 saltwater crocodiles, including a 130-year old toothless crocodile, they are of different sizes and ages. Many crocodiles are lurking within the lake in the centre of the farm, which explains why it is blocked off and visitors are not allowed to get close to the lake.

This crocodile conservation centre-cum-tourist attraction is actually run by a noble reptilian lover who then passed on the business to his descendent due to old age, which eventually got inherited to his daughter to preserve the heritage. The daughter who was also our tourguide at the farm then, explains to us that these reptiles are actually a lovely lot and can be quite vulnerable depending on situation, apart from the usual intimidating facts that we knew about them generally. “They can be the King when in the water, but not necessarily when on land”, she says.

A'Famosa Animal World Safari is definitely one the place that should be in your consideration. RM45.00 (adult) and RM33.00 for kids above 90cm. I have to purchase a ticket for my son who is just 3 years old. The price is definitely costly. However, the price comes with a free lunch and a drink! So now you know why the price is that costly.
