This spot definitely screams modern Parisian vibes.
Miodis' Egg Ben Bubble Style with Salmon Grazlax was delicious- the Egg was perfectly poached with golden-flowing Yolk and served with creamy Hollandaise sauce. It felt light and not overly seasoned- even the smoked Salmon carried the right salinity. We also liked the fact that the smoked Salmon did not overkill the dish, just the right amount to complement the dish by offering a sleek smokiness. The amount of Hollandaise sauce was spot on either.
We opted for the waffle with espresso butter which comes with egg, bacon, and salad. Accompanying this reasonably light dish is the espresso butter sauce. This combination may sound cliched and is an acquired taste, but is apparently a hit with diners.
