245 East Coast Lagoon is one of the best locations for a Hawker center, right smack on the beach, drop by this drinks hawker for an ice cold..
One my favorite spots in Singapore for food and relaxing is East Coast Lagoon Village.

Cheap and good food in the East - Siglap - 14 Cheap & Good Hawkers in Siglap 936 Food House - Best Hawker food in the East Coast Singapore
Best Roast Pork Belly on East Coast, has changed hands now to the roast meat stall in LTN Foodcourt, 936 East Coast Road. In a month or so it has pinnacled.
Overall, we like this place considerably. The food is good, the coffee is great and the ambience just makes you park your bum there comfortably. A great café experience. The thick-cut bacon is a must-order here. Check them out if you are in the East, we’ll definitely come back to try the rest of their menu. Cheers!!
5 Oars Coffee Roasters located in Siglap is much more than your average Starbucks, superb quality bistro-style food & even Mead on sale....
5 Oars Coffee Roasters located in Siglap, Tanjong Pagar is much more than your average Starbucks, superb quality bistro-style food & even Mead
Overall the food at JUMBO Seafood is good, it is a bit pricey due to the currency exchange. We probably expected more from the taste of the Herbal Drunken Live Prawns and the Signature Chili Crabs. The service here is good, something we must mention. We will definitely come back again in the future after we taste other Chili Crabs in other restaurants in Singapore. No regrets visiting JUMBO Seafood East Coast Seafood Centre again in Singapore.
An surprising twist, both ingredient combined well together, and each individual ingredient has their own unique and wasn't overpowering.
Overall, it was quite a nostalgic and nice experience eating at Jumbo again as this place has been around since I was like 10.
Springleaf Prata Place serves Indian food plus the most incredible Pratas. They are Halal caterers that can cook Prata at your site.
ok prata place.
The prata is packed with savoury richness that hits me like tank, complemented by the crunchy prawns in it.
Most defining quality of their artichoke and scallop risotto was the anchovy flavour. Nice. Also a special for this weekend.
Etna Italian Restaurant Siglap- East Coast in Singapore. Check out dishes, see prices and reserve a table online via Chope
The Wild Seabass was perfectly grilled, soft and flaky when it is served.
As for the food, it did not disappoint. Each dish was delightful, with strong flavours and texture.
As a whole, I like the place as it is good for gathering and family dinners. Even if you are there to celebrate your birthday, they are there to help you play the birthday song in the background for you!
Hua Yu Wee, takes you a step back in time to days of old on the East Coast of Singapore. Loved by locals and travelled to from afar across Red Dot.
Service at Diamond Kitchen is friendly, casual, and efficient.
Overall, the current Sri Lankan crab promotions are value for money.
The spacious restaurant also has a lovely ambience, though I would have to say that the location of the outlet is far too inconspicuous for my liking.
Get a taxi now, get to Lagoon Hawker on East Coast Service Road.
The guys went cycling at East Coast Park and we met for bak kut teh & pork knuckle at East Coast Lagoon Food Village hawker centre. I was quite blown away by Han Jia's braised pork knuckle (though it's obviously not for everyone).
The next item to try is their braised pork trotters ($6). The pork leg is served in a dark rich herbal sauce that you can smell even without digging in. The skin of the pork legs has a sticky and gelatinous skin holding all the chunks of meat together. Packed full of deep soy herbal flavour and collagen. Although the leg is stewed till a very dark shade of brown, it is neither really salty nor savoury. Instead it is the herbal flavour that is very prominent.
Overall, we enjoy the classic Cantonese dishes. Most of the dishes are good, however, the Steamed Fish Head and Steamed Minced Pork with Salted Fish stands out above the rest. Totally enjoyed the dinner here and looking forward to our next visit. Cheers!!
we had a great time ourselves, unperturbed by the poor service attitude
fish head very fresh, tasty and it was humongous very meaty so though it was S$25 c/w with S$16 at other zichar or food centre, i think it was quite worthwhile.

Tasty Court in Opera Estate is comparable to some of the most celebrated restaurants in Singapore serving zi char and Chinese cuisines.
We’ll definitely come back to try the rest of their dishes. Cheers!!
Overall, the food here is very reasonably priced and the menu offers a good mix of classic and innovative dishes.

The Winery - Siglap Wine Bar, offering an unequaled affordable brunch in Siglap, Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Hybrid Spanish & Japanese brunch
Family friendly steakhouse where you find high quality meats at mid range prices.
Black Pearl @ Siglap, ex Perle Noire is back with a vengeance. We have not been since the name change but happened to be walking today past it and popped in
PS.Cafe By the Sea appeals to all sorts of people and it is easy to understand its popularity. It serves good coffee, has friendly welcoming staff and has a unique location with a good view of the park and the sea.
The cafe is outfitted with loads of ceiling fans and tall windows, so you can soak in the natural sunlight as you’re people watching.
Jin Wee Restaurant Siglap has been there forever and is renowned for its charcoal chicken soup cooked in massive earthenware urns at the front
S, Y and I met up for dinner at Jin Wee Restaurant in Siglap a few weeks back. Don't be deceived by the name of this dining establishment as it is in reality an old-school Hainanese-run coffeeshop located close to the 24 hour NTUC outlet in Siglap. This place has been around for as long as I can remember and is constantly crowded especially at peak hours so go early to avoid disappointment.
My favorite was the "Monsterous MB Papad": a gigantic papadum spanning maybe a fifteen inches and topped with fine slivers of sev chickpea noodles and spices like chili peppers.
Jags Bistro Siglap ChillaxBBQ was one of our very first for the public in a pop-up style, as we cooked on the patio of this Sigalp favourite bar, great...
Jag’s Gastro Pub Siglap Bar is one of the very best beer bars and bistros on the East Coast Road with very cheap beers and great bistro food
Serving quality coffee and a fair range of light bites, Stamping Ground Coffee House in Siglap is a very nice neighbourhood cafe.
In all, Stamping Ground Coffee House isn't quite an exciting place for coffee or food but at least it smells good (they've an on-site florist) and it's a pretty place.
Stamping Ground Coffee’s breakfast menu is limited to 3 items, yet you’ll find satisfaction in the simplicity of each dish. The all-day menu features 10 dishes and each dish costs no more than S$15 nett.
