The Legend @ RM 28 The Legend tasted okay. For us, it tastes a bit bland that we have to add our own seasonings in it.
The packaging of the place is nice and pleasing to the eyes. But when one goes deep into the core, there is nothing much to shout about.
Good place for breakfast again!
Overall, this was another satisfactory dining experience at Entier French Dining. We enjoyed the service, and décor and the new menu truly surprised us in the best way possible. For this visit, we recommend the Duck Rillettes, Black Cod, Lamb Loin, and Dark Chocolate Soufflé.
The three course meal set lunch at Entier French Dining is definitely worth. The presentation and the taste of the food is better than we expected. Of all the dishes we ordered, we enjoyed the complimentary bread, the ox tongue salad, lamb belly, duck, vacherin and the cake.
Verdict: Total bill came to RM260 for two. Overall we had really wonderful dining experience at Entier. Delicious food, friendly service and lovely ambience. Their lunch session is crowded, so try to be understanding if your food takes a while to arrive, and staffs are unable to attend to you immediately. They do their part well, we would say.

琳瑯滿目的中式甜品,不僅為一場自助饗宴劃下完美句點,也讓你甜蜜一整年。
Overall, penginapan di sini adalah di tahap terbaik.
The Bouillabaisse, the iconic Marseilles seafood soup, is chockful of goodies, tiger prawns, mullet, and the soup, which is more bisque like than clear (unlike the usual Marseilles ones), is so good that left all of us wanting more. Now, the main surprise was the breads, because well, it's bread, and at this stage of the meal, no one wants more bread, BUT one per chance bite into that crusty piece of goodness, it didn't take long before all of it was gone.
Reasons to visit Chez Gaston, French Bistro Bangsar: Charcuterie goodies to share with friends, a beautiful twist on the Salad Nicoise, and meaty mains that come with sauces prepared by the hands of an expert. Of course, same room for dessert.
One of our most favorite salad with goat cheese. Tossed salad with vinaigrette and pork bacon bits. Served along with baked matured goat cheese on baguette stick topped with honey and black pepper.
Among all the places I’ve stayed at, I think this has got to be my favourite hotel room by far! I’d be happy to come home to a studio apartment like this, to be honest. 🙂 I liked how areas such as the bathroom and the ‘balcony’ (essentially a small living room/work space) were partitioned, but still very open so as to give a sense of added space. Everything was also neatly tucked away, like the fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the cupboard next to the TV. The warm, ambient lighting added to the overall cosiness.
Given its attractive price point, beautiful interior design and unique sky-high calm, Alila Bangsar is highly recommended as an accommodation choice while you are in Kuala Lumpur.
Unwind by the pool on Level 40, where tropical-style landscaping, luxurious loungers, and infusions of natural light and views create a resort-like oasis for relaxation.
This place served some of the best dosa/tosai I have ever tasted, albeit more expensive than usual. Onion Rava Dosa (RM 15) is crispy and tasty, with great chutney. Rava Idly (RM 11.50) is pretty..
For something memorable from MTR 1924, you must try their MTR’s Rava Idli. This particular food item was invented by its founder, Yagnanarayana. During World War II when India was hit by the great Bengal famine resulting in the short supply and rationing of rice, Yagnanarayana modified his idlis with semolina flour (rava) to replace the rice idly turning them into a filling and healthy steamed savoury cakes that go down in history.
Masala Dosa was perfect. I liked the crispiness and texture, Yum!! Oh my god “THE GHEE”!! It adds a great flavour to the dosa. Masala Dosa @ RM 8.50
Located with Moneys Corner Food Court, Peter's Pork Noodle seems to be the most popular. Sadly the soup is pretty salty today, taste like an average bowl of pork noodle.
每当吃完这顿午餐,再回去上班,感觉好像充了电一样。
Try it for yourself if the next generation is doing justice to the legacy of a stall known as having one of the best pork noodles in Kuala Lumpur.
Overall, the pizza are tasty, although the best pizza i had was in a hotel in chennai 🙂
Black Truffle Pizza was superb. Perfect crust pizza with warm, gooey goodness of melted cheese, mixed mushroom and black truffle paste. Yum!! Must try in Proof Pizza + Wine. Black Truffle Pizza (8 inch) @ RM 36.79
Verdict : Amazing pizza that just makes you fall in love more with their pizza marries well with amazing ambience and wines! Advisable to make reservations in advance
Upon arriving, there was a short queue despite it being a weekday (I visited the cafe at 12pm on a Friday). So, definitely make a reservation before you drop by, for the best seat in the cafe, which IMO is definitely the courtyard.
this quaint hideaway café provides a cozy retreat while surrounded by the unique artwork and natural elements amidst soul-satisfying and wholesome food.
Verdict: Amazing ambience for leisurely brunch or lunch Great place to have a catch up Delicious desserts! Friendly & warm service
The beauty about Southern Rock Seafood is they can source and import the fish and seafood you want if they don’t have it in stock – all you have to do is ask. They also supply premium seafood to most 5-star hotels and reputable restaurants in town and throughout Malaysia.
Overall, Southern Rock Seafood is definitely a great place to enjoy fresh seafood especially their oysters. Worth mentioning here is the Fruits De Mer as well as the Legendary Mussel Laksa which is my own personal favorite.
Reasons to visit this seafood restaurant in Bangsar: Occasions looking for “Best on the Best” should go no further than the pairing of oysters with caviar and the promise of champagne. More modest occasions will celebrate the sustainability focus of wild-caught fish. Occasions looking for greater value will appreciate the bottomless bowls of laksa mussels with terrific bursts of lemongrass.
Verdict: Satisfying flavours and portion, we enjoyed immensely the food we had and would highly recommend this place if you’re at this area.
Food was good and acceptable. I will likely return to try other brunch and dessert options, especially the ice cream!
Verdict: The server there is really accommodating to our request and speedy service .. It's better to make a reservation if you want to be in a big group as the space of this eatery is not that large and it fills up rather quickly .. They have recently updated their menu with the inclusion of the dessert menu!
The food at Botanica & Co is expensive for the portion size, but both of our orders were delicious. The restaurant was packed, so our food came out slowly, but the service was still warm and vigilant. It didn’t take much effort to get someone’s attention, and I was impressed that they noticed our empty water glasses before I had to signal someone for a refill. The only thing stopping us from returning to Botanica & Co is that we don’t have any reason to be back in this area.
[Halal, vegan options] Bo+Co offers some great vegan and meat-free options.
Prawn & Kale Pesto Pasta, 39 ringgit. The Pesto Pasta was utterly delicious. I was half in love with it just by looking at it. There were 2 huge prawns – the large kind that you’d be able to cut into 5,6 small pieces each. Yup, those giant prawns. The pasta texture was thick with kale pesto dressing , yet oily from the olive oil perhaps? A good combination. There was almond bits for garnish, plenty of tomatoes, mushrooms and surprisingly couliflower. I havent come across many pastas served with couliflower but I liked, it was a good addition, added some crunch to an otherwise ‘soft and slimy’ dish. This cost me almost 40 ringgit but it was real good, so I guess it was worth it.
I could not make up my mind on what to eat and so just selected the salmon main dish. Pan fried crispy skin salmon with clam tomato stew with one potato croquette at MYR 45++ (MYR 52.20 nett). Tasty dish, flavourful and without MSG (because I did not get thirsty after eating this dish). Kept half of it as usual.
Food was good and acceptable.
Naj Big Breakfast, 35 ringgit. This was delicious. You would get a generous amount of scrambled egg (comes in 3 options: scrambled, fried or poached) + mushrooms + beef bacon + chicken sausage + spinach + baked tomato + potato + a slice of sourdough. All the items on the dish tasted awesome, loved every bit of it. It certainly was a hearty breakfast with this dish, I just wish it was not as pricey as it was though. I cant think of another eatery that cost me 35 ringgit for a big breakfast.
[Pork-free] Transparent Coffee has found a new home within the 80-year old Sam Mansion Flat in Kampung Attap. Coffee’s excellent as always.
♥Verdict: The place was rather vacant during my visit on last year September. Like what I said earlier, if you’re looking for a perfect spot to while away a few hours, you may consider this place.

Reasons to visit The Good Co APW: Superfood experiences in-house at trendy APW, also conveniently available for takeaway and home delivery; a 100% vegetarian menu with loads of vegan options too.
During our last visit there I ordered a cup of Healthy Organic Nasi Lemak at MYR 15.90 nett. Can you see the layers? From the bottom to top - millet (acting as rice), roasted peanuts, tempeh, cherry tomatoes, slices of cucumber (kyuri), hard boiled egg, assorted salad leaves and a small container of healthy sambal that tastes like sweetish peanut sauce (those satay dips).
Suddenly I thought that I would try their yogurt so I ordered this Soul Jar at MYR 14.90 nett. Oats can be seen from the top. Luckily the yogurt is sourish so it is appetising and I managed to finish the whole jar without feeling satiated.
Reasons to visit: All things coffee, but especially the Black Matter Coffee; Chilli Crab in a Charcoal Bun; easy parking. The popular All Day Grub menu continues alongside a wicked cake selection. Al fresco seating and extended menu coming soon.
Papa Palheta's flagship store in Malaysia, this cafe is serious about their coffee without forgetting to add a little humor in it. It was too early for dinner and I was ...
Protecting precious beans - Top-tier coffee, need I say more. A must-visit cafe for coffee enthusiasts. You get to shop for some coffee-gadgets too while enjoying your premium cuppa.
The ambience here for morning breakfast is just perfect: open air dining on sidewalk, shades provided by nearby tall buildings, and the bustling atmosphere of an Indian breakfast place. Besides..
But the food was good and I enjoyed the thosai a lot.
At a glance, this Sri Paandi's dining area and kitchen area's cleanliness seem to be quite decent.
