Nice peppery kick in the flavour too. Highly recommended!
If you miss Taiwanese lu rou fan and big intestine mee sua, you can satisfy your cravings at 呷三碗 Eat 3 Bowls at Seah Im Food Centre near Harbourfront.
Each bowl of Lu Rou Fan costs a mere $2.50 which makes it really affordable. Even the other items on their menu are quite wallet-friendly.
The prices here are really affordable and this is how Taiwanese food should be.
Since I have made my way down to Seah Im Food centre, I have to order another signature item on the menu, their Intestine Mee Sua ($3.50). Using the red mee sua, the rendition by the 2 young gentlemen reminded me of my Taiwan trip. This is probably the best and closest I have eaten by far. Add some garlic and vinegar to complete the full appreciation of the mee sua.
Their Salted Crispy Chicken (盐酥鸡) is another must-try dish.
Not only the dishes are at wallet friendly prices, they are surprisingly delicious. I am a returned customer of Eat 3 Bowls ever since my first visit. No doubt I would highly recommend them to all.
