KY & KB ordered quite a number of dishes; Kapitan Style Mixed Seafood, Flying Fish Thai-Style, Fried Kailan, Yam Basket, Braised Pork and Crab Fried Mee Hoon. The crab in the fried mee hoon were huge!. I have tried the same items back in Kuala Selangor but the crab there were slightly smaller. But the ones in this restaurant were meaty, fresh, tasty and HUGE! Though it can be pricey, but it's totally value for money. I am not a fan of petai, hence I did not try the 'Kapitan Style Mixed Seafood'. The deep-fried fish was crunchy to the last bite. I like dunking the fried bun into the braised pork gravy. I have to say that the dishes were absolutely delicious.
Deshelled prawns coated in Nestum flakes (small portion) at MYR 35 nett. Tasty dish but I prefer the shells at the tails be removed as well.
At nearly RM200 for two prawns, 长青海鲜饭店 Green View's large prawn sang har meen 生虾面 is admittedly rather expensive.
However, what we had at Restoran Green View was certainty the best Sang Har Mee we have tried in Singapore or Malaysia. We would add Sang Har Mee to the list of food to try in Malaysia.
Sang Har Mein is one of their signature dishes... This portion is more than enough for the six of us...
Green View Restaurant (长青海鲜饭店) is a Chinese Restaurant specialize in Fresh Water Prawn. They also serve the one of the best salted egg crab in Selangor.
We enjoyed the food very very much (but not the price). As usual, its a bit pricey here but its worth for it's famous Sang Har Mee (Prawn noodles). and their mango also very delicious. The first lousang with GSKian :) Mine coins - make money: http://bit.ly/money_crypto
蜜糖乌贼须 (RM12): 炸得香脆的乌贼须很好吃... Deep Fried Sotong with Honey (RM12): all the squid tentacles very crispy and delicious...
