Aiming for their pork satay, we were one of the very first customers to arrive. Eyeing on those well marinated pork chunks on the skewers being placed on burning charcoal stove with the right balance of lean meat and fats :)
My overall verdict.. well, go try this satay out if you are visiting Melaka, and am a fan of pork or pork satay. It's worth trying out once, at least. And if like me, you might come back for the pork intestine satay! :)
With the charcoal fire roaring away assisted by the Uncle's hand powered fan, my order was quickly grilled up. We could not resist the smell of the satay even though we were stuffed from the luncheon so we each have a few sticks. Whoaaaaa so nice and fragrant even without the peanut dip! There isn't much fatty parts but yet each bite is tender and are well spiced with amongst others lemongrass and tumeric.
