The Hanoian Style Grilled Pork with Vermicelli (RM18.90) is so good! The well-seasoned pork patties and tender grilled pork belly slices sit in a sweet and tangy broth. We scoop generous amounts over the tender vermicelli noodles. The whole dish is brightened with large sprigs of fresh herbs and lettuce leaves.

This is one of the crowds favourite which you can give it a try too. CANH CHUA NGAO NƯỚC DỪA Clam in Coconut Broth @ RM 14.90. Soup is quite solid in taste and clam is fresh. Love the balance of taste of lemon grass which is not overpowering that can taste the actual broth base.

Ăn Viet has really brought more Vietnamese dishes to our shores. All dishes are made from scratch and dishes here are always consistently good. The set meals are value-for-money, especially if you’re a big eater opting for more variety in your meal. Now if only Ăn Viet opens nearer to my house, I would be enjoying more yummy Vietnamese dishes daily.

Verdict: Ăn Viet is unquestionably a good place to head to for some authentic Vietnamese cuisine. As far as the food was concerned, I had no complaints on the food we tried that day. There are still items that I wish to try such as Deep Fried Sticky Rice Puff with Green Mango Salad & Grilled Lemongrass Chicken, Claypot Fish & Pork Belly with Caramel Sauce and Hanoi Style Grilled Pork with Vermicelli, who want to join me for next visit?

Verdict: Pretty decent Vietnamese food. Try the banh mi, cha ca la vong, bun cha, and canh chua ngao nuoc dua.
