One of the highlights of these tea puffs is their impeccable balance. The crust, while substantial enough to provide a satisfying crunch, is not overly thick, allowing the flavors of the filling to shine through.

If you are looking for a full set of afternoon tea, then perhaps not 1872, but if it's a pit stop in between shopping, this is a nice place away from the crowds (provided the shop isn't crowded itself).
