The pork dumpling is made of a trio combination of pork, shrimp, and fish which has a rather hard yet moist texture (feels like chewing onto a Hong Kong dim sum beef balls), delicious aftertaste still lingering inside your mouth right after savoring it, just hard to resists if you’re not ordering another plate of it!
