Nasi Biryani Ayam Tanam Set (Comes with Dalcha and Timun Nenas Bawang) (Rm11.50) If you are not a white rice lover, have your briyani rice instead. Have the delicious fluffy briyani rice which is perfectly cooked with ghee and spices with it. They are served with the Ayam Tanam together with the Dalca and Timun Nenas Bawang. I am loving the aromatic spices taste of the briyani rice where the taste are wonderfully enhanced with their curry of course

For an original Nasi Kandar meal comprising of Chicken, Mutton and Cuttlefish to be priced at RM 21.80 , I would say that the prices were very reasonable. The food was good and this place surely lives up to it's reputation.
For my simple order of Ayam Goreng, with Kubis cost me RM 12. One of the most expensive Nasi Kandar in my list now. They even BEAT KAYU in terms of price. No doubht, their curry banjir in my plate is fragrant and filled with spices, but the price of it is the killing factor. I would still prefer Pelita as the main choice of Nasi Kandar. Food Rating 6/10, expensive and slow service!.-Stamped-
Ambiance: 6/10 Price: 6/10 Food: 6.5/10 (halal) Verdict: I found the food pretty commendable, especially the sambal sotong.
The food is good. Price is quite similar to any other nasi kandar restaurant in town. I hope the service will improve as they have a potential to be very successful here.
Think Nasi Kandar and it probably has already staked a name for itself in Penang as one of the signature Malaysia-Indian cuisine. Packaged in a fast-food-style dining, Hammediyah Nasi Kandar in Kota Damansara is now serving hot and fiery in Sunway Nexis, the notorious hotbed of eateries.
Conclusion: service is quite bad, food selection is limited even after being open for 2 hours and drinks are generally overpriced. So it’s obvious they are not ready to be fully operational. Food quality wise, I think it’s alright, quite authentic albeit tasting slightly diluted. Ultimately, something is missing in the flavor when seafood curry and ayam madu’s gravy are missing in the rice. Based on my visit, I’d say give them a couple of weeks to settle down before coming. Else, your experience will be pretty much similar to mine – OK but far from great. If you need a real nasi kandar fix without the queue, head to Mohd Yaseen instead.
