Shiromaru special – RM32.90. Ippudo’s original tonkotsu broth served with ultra-thin noodles, salted soft-boiled egg, pork loin and pork belly, bean sprouts, kikurage, spring onions and seaweed. This is a classic Hakata-style Ramen. The original-flavoured broth without any spiciness that have been cooked for long hours. The sweetness of the soup came from the pork bones and some seasoning of the soup. The soup was served with hard-textured ramen, juicy pork loin and pork belly.
