We were in the mood for a burger and upon enquiring , the Bacon and Peanut Pork Burger was suggested to us. It is apparently a crowd favorite. I understand why because upong tasting it, it was yummy. The bacon most certainly complimented the patty and the burger as a whole. Thin, crispy bacon would not work here. The texture simply wouldn’t be right. Good thing the pieces of bacon here thicker and juicier. It worked well with the thick, miso infused homemade patty. Flavorful it was. Overall, a yummy dish. The only issue I had was the peanut. It was very mild
