I don't have much references to what could be considered good ones but I though more vegetables would be nice.
Nothing fancy here - just the simplicity of a hearty grilled pork chop or chicken (yes I've been back a couple of times) covered in their nice char and semi sweet marinade with rice and egg.
The surprising find was deep fried chicken skins. These were awesome. Crispy with a little bit of chew and deliciously salty.
