Cheese Lava Molten Cake, 21 ringgit This was da’ bomb. Yum yummmmmmm! and it sure was aesthetically pleasing. You can see that they put equal amount of time on the presentation as they did on the taste itself. I chose this particular option of molten cake because I cant say I’ve tasted the cheesy version, all I’ve had prior to this was the usual chocolate, chocolate and chocolate.
As I chew, bites where I teared at the curry leaf infused into the salted egg yolk custard and everything else within my mouth cavity and the result was a medley of flavours laced with the aroma of the leaves. It was an interesting mouthful and I would encourage you not to push aside the leaves, as most people would.
This place is dedicated for the love of molten cakes. Matcha Molten Lava (RM15) If you are matcha fans, you definitely love this very much <3
Overall Rating: 7/10. Despite the molten lava cake being their signature dish, I didn't quite enjoy it. Though I have to give them benefit of the doubt, they're still new and there's space for improvements. Having said that, the popcorn chicken that I had was very nicely done. Prices are affordable also, with most dishes priced under 20 bucks. I may return to resample their molten lava cake in a couple of months time, hopefully with a slight tweak in recipe by then.
Dark Chocolate (rm 13++) 70% Belgium dark chocolate, mixed berries, cherry jam, sand crumble and homemade vanilla ice cream. The portion was a bit small. However, it was a nice dessert overall. It wasn’t too sweet, just how I like my desserts to be.
