Roast Paradise is a great addition to Sengkang and it offers a good option in the North-East region of Singapore if you are craving for some good roast meats.
The prawn noodles had a nice good flavour. The slightly red soup had good sedimentation, and was sweet, umami, prawny, and spicy, filled with flavours from the pork, prawn, prawn head, dried shrimps and shallots. The prawns were bouncy, sweet and flavourful. Really quite good, with a long half an hour queue to boot.
For me, this has to be one of the nicer breakfast fix Sengkang has to offer!
Both the soup and dry versions were equally good.

I was surprised by the quality here at Chicken Up frankly. For a heartland option, it is a more than decent spot to enjoy Korean food in a comfortable and casual setting.
