The wanton and fried wanton were quite meaty, with the wanton silky with balanced marination, and the fried wanton crispy. The char siew was fairly tender and smoky but without char, while the prawn roll was sweet and prawny and sprinkled with water chestnuts for texture. The duck egg noodles were soft and wiry and somehow a bit alkaliney, and tossed in an oily, lardy, fragrant and slightly savoury sweet sauce. Quite nice.
