手工全蛋面都是自家制作的,毫無堿水味,面條脆脆也含有彈性,咬上面條齒頰留香。全蛋面上帶有叉燒肉,叉燒炭火燒出,外皮充滿炭熏香。讓你驚喜的是面中帶有豬油渣! 這樣的配合讓人大呼愜意!
The handmade noodles and sui kow set it apart from some of the other wantan mee stalls. Give this a try if you find yourself in the area.
Overall, it was an okay dinner for us. Wan Tan Noodle Soup was yummy but their Siew Yoke Wan Tan Noodle did not impress me much. Maybe I will drop again for their Wan Tan Noodle Soup in the future. I guess!! The total bill for the food & beverages is RM 11.50 which is pretty reasonable for me.
Next we had the sui kao with the minimum order of 2 pcs. The juicy meat with prawns in it, the sui kao does gives the juic meat and the scrumptious taste which I love the most. Lovely juicy meat Price: RM 2.40( 2 pcs)
One day the couple wandered into Section 17's Restoran K Intan, where the specialty was wonton mee, featuring fresh noodles that the old uncle running the shop made himself in a small back room. One mouthful and they were hooked. 'Those noodles were very special,' recalls Tan. 'Not as soft as other mee. Springy like a rubber band, but not stretchy.'
Although the noodles were top notch, I wasn't too enthusiatic about their char siu and wantans. Their char siu lacks the black sticky charness I like in my char siu while their wantans were really tiny and lacked much taste.
