This cafe was awarded the "Best Chicken Chop in Malaysia" title by The Star newspaper in 2003. They even put it up outside their shop. Not very humble, eh? haha
Their cafe interior is quite well-organised and is so modern and chic with walls and simple decorations which makes it super instagrammable.
Overall, we found both the chicken chops at Hua Mui and IT Roo to be good. Hua Mui’s offering was juicy and tender and served with good wedges, while IT Roo’s chicken chop was slightly larger with a much tastier sauce. IT Roo also offers grilled chicken chops in addition to the deep-fried variety.
Harga menu-menu di sini kira okay laa, standard laa harga Cafe lain. Tempat pun di tengah bandar. Selesa dan sangat sesuai lee kalau korang nak gather-gather gan kawan dan family. Cuma pilihan menu aje tak banyak choice. So far okay laa..boleh cuba.
The cafe gets really busy during peak hours, so make sure you go early to avoid disappointment.
Housed on the first floor of a shophouse, you’re greeted upon entry by a waft of the smell of coffee, and the tasteful and beautiful interior is enough to make any Kinfolk aesthetic lover feel right at home.
即使经过这么长时间,他们仍然保持这么好,食物仍然很好!
Smelly's Favourite - Soft-shell crab burger. The sauce is the king!!
Friends can chill here for a drink after a long day. After all the drinking, you might want to consider staying overnight at their Airbnb which is just upstairs.
Overall, the prices at the cafe was reasonable and we really liked The Breakfast Platter. Do give it a try! With the number of cafes nearby, we are so spoil for choice! =)
