The bites were great and I especially enjoyed the velvety smooth foie gras terrine on crisp brioche which was complemented perfectly by a Williams pear compote, balsamic vinaigrette and pistachio.
The food at Park Palace is excellent (and I will share this soon in a separate post) and the quality of the s.p.a. is equally impressive.
Definitely a great Singapore staycation spot for locals, and a highly accessible cosy choice for business travelers.
Clearly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Park City Hall. It is pleasant, not too overly crowded compared to other hotels and its location has everything - from dining and shopping options to attractions for the kids.
I'm quite confident that you will like the ambience, the comfortable and plush seats, and the warm service.

Executive Chef Armando Aristarco has put together a fine European menu rooted in classical cuisine made excitingly contemporary.
The Modern European restaurant is definitely doing something right. I've been recommending their fettuccine and risotto to everyone!
The service staffs here are friendly and interactive with diners too.
I was looking forward most to their dessert trolley and time was not on my side with that little time left, I had to give it a miss.
