Another homegrown brand, One Fattened Calf is opened by a husband and wife duo serving delicious hearty burgers.
The OFC Cheeseburger was moist and oily, with a patty that was textured with grist and tender and crusty charred on the outside, bun that was soft and slightly soaked, onions and pickles that weren’t too out there in terms of sourness but cut through some of the grease, and a very nice sweet and slightly piquant sauce that brought everything together and had a slight punch. One of my new favourite burgers.
