Tuck into Grilled Stuffed Honey Glazed Dried Chicken Meat with Seafood Mousse served with “Man Tou”. A master piece of fluffy steamed mantao sandwiched with a savory and sweet piece of chicken bakwa filled with bouncy seafood mousse, topped with chicken floss and sweet chili sauce is divine at sight and taste. The texture is unique and delicious, making every bite a pleasure. Unusual but a definite stunner in creativity and taste…

Roasted Lamb Rack served with Mint Chutney, String Bean in XO Sauce Roasted to a beautiful medium-rare, the lamb was very tender and flavourful without any trace of gaminess. It was so good that even my friend who doesn't eat lamb also enjoyed it. The magnificent mint chutney makes a delicious accompaniment too.

Celestial Court's (Sheraton Imperial) Dim Sum has always been in my top 3 favourite pork free dim sums. But actually, for dim sum, I think pork free is not really an issue, I honestly can't tell much difference, except for pork ribs steamed in bean sauce, which of course, is non existent in a pork free menu. I digress.
Braised Abalone Top Shell Meat with Scallop and Black Mushroom In Supreme Oyster Sauce RM118(S) RM177(M) RM236(L). They weren't kidding with the health theme, which suited me fine actually. It was a refreshing change not to be plied with tonnes of meat.
