Steamed Mihun with Ginger Wine Chicken 姜酒菜園雞蒸米粉 RM22.90 Steamd Mihun with Ginger Wine Chicken used to be a not-for-sell-dish, and eaten only by the family. Requests began flowing in after customers seeing them eating this, and it ended up becoming permanent, top seller item on the menu. Mihun soak up with flavours of ginger wine soup definitely steals the limelight, accompanied by tender chunks of kampung chicken.

Steam River Prawn 清蒸河虾 [Signature dish] Steaming can preserve the quality of the ingredients and lock up all the goodness in it. The river prawns on a bed of egg white is taste so fresh and scrumptious!
